The Founder
Insight Behaviours is led by Ben Lyon, a school leader with over
30 years’ experience in education.
Having worked across a wide range of school settings, I’ve seen first-hand the challenges schools face in understanding behaviour, improving engagement, and
supporting students effectively.
Too often, decisions rely on observation or assumption. Insight was developed to provide a clearer, more reliable way to understand behaviour and act with confidence.
